...an afternoon engagement with Michelle Obama

Today, I am invited to attend an event with Michelle Obama. As busy as Elizabeth and I are with the restaurant, new employees, renovations, new POS, yada, yada, yada...we both said, "We'll make the time to attend!" We were given the opportunity in part because our business expansion is a direct result of changes and policies put in place by our president, Barack Obama. Changes in SBA lending and rebates as part of the Small Business Jobs Act are part of what our president has done that helped us expand.

I am not star struck and I am certainly no politico, but, I must say this...every president has it tough and so much responsibility to answer for, but, my wife and I, Team Zachary's BBQ Southern Comfort & Catering, and our customers are thankful for changes that put our business in a position to provide several jobs and help us establish a new business in the heart of our local community!
